Ways to Request a Quote
With our recently updated website, our aim was to make requesting a quote for any of our products and services as easy as possible. We now offer several ways to request a quote – the method that you choose may depend on how well you know what you need.
Do you have some application information, but you are not sure which product you need?
Use our General Quote Request Form found here. The form will walk you through a series of questions that will help our experts make a recommendation for you based on the information you provide. After submitting that form, your request will be reviewed and we will contact you or send you a formal quote with your pricing FAST!

OR: Browse the categories in our All Products area! We’ve made every effort to categorize and list our products and services in ways that should make finding the products you need easy.
Do you know the exact model or product that you need?
Perhaps you are familiar with our product line, or you need to replace an older/existing product of ours. Or you have browsed the product information on our site and you know what you need. In these cases, follow these steps:
- Use our product search bar as shown below, and type in the product you need.
- Note: Look for the search bar near the top of every page on our website – including this one!
- Once you’ve found the item you need using this search, click/tap on the item in the search results list. This will take you to the product page (example item shown below).
- On the product page, you can finalize some of the details we need to make a quote (such as quantity, and other product options – as applicable).
- Once the item details are correct, press the “Add to Quote” button. The item will be added to your “quote cart.”
- If you need to add other items to your quote request, you can repeat steps 1-4 until you’ve added everything you need.
- Once you are done adding items to your cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the menu area (shown below). This will take you to a page where you can finalize your quote items.
- After you have verified or adjusted your quote items on this page, you can press “Submit Your Request for Quote.” This will take you to a page where you will provide your contact information.
- After filling out your contact details, you will press the Submit Your Request for Quote button again.
- That’s it! Your request will be reviewed by one of the experts from our Sales team, and they will contact you or send you a formal quote with your pricing FAST!
How to submit a Purchase Order
If you have already received a quote from us and would like to submit a PO, we offer the following options:
- Send/attach a copy of your PO directly to our Sales team to our firstname.lastname@example.org email address.
- If you are having trouble reaching us by email, or if you prefer to use our direct/secure PO Upload Form, click here.
- If you prefer fax, you can send your PO documents to our Sales Office Fax: 847-428-7744
- NOTE: If you do not have a formal PO document that you can send to us please, contact our Sales Team directly (via one of the channels listed on this page).
