If you are upgrading your overhead crane system or any other multi-motion application with a PE® VFD or soft-start, consider enhancing your upgrade with a ready-to-go and pre-engineered control panel to make your installation quick and easy!

Our Standard MULTI-MOTION Control Panels Include:

  • ANY COMBINATION of Micro-Speed® Variable Frequency Drives, Smooth-Move Soft-Starts, or Contactor motor controls available. Just supply us with all of your motor data/requirements and we can recommend a panel setup!
  • Combine your Hoist/Trolley Panel to save space and wiring, or combine ALL your motions (Hoist/Trolley/Bridge, etc.) for even greater savings and efficiency!**
  • Panels available for all voltages: 208-230, 385-415, 460, and 575VAC; VFDs programmable for 50, 60, or 120 Hz
  • Mainline Disconnect (with mainline fusing) and Mainline Contactor (size based on total crane amperage)*
  • Control Voltage Transformer (Line Voltage to 110V is standard)*
  • Standard Allen-Bradley control components, or optional other brands
  • NEMA Type 12 enclosures standard (sized per requirement)
  • Branch Fusing and Motor Thermal Overload Protection standard (designed to NEC specifications)
  • Braking contactors as required
  • Components mounted on a removable sub-panel
  • Panel wiring 105°C computer-generated labels on both ends
  • Common raised terminal strip to ease installation
  • Duct channels covering main wire runs
  • Factory inspected and fully tested
