About the Micro-Speed® CXR™ Models:

Standard CXR™ units are PE-Preset™* for travel motion. The controlled ramp-to-stop deceleration saves you time and money by virtually eliminating brake wear. CXR™ models are perfect for travel applications including (but not limited to) bridge, trolley, monorail, or conveyor applications. Can be used on conical rotor motors. Models are available in sizes ranging from 1-20 HP and with all 3-Phase voltages.

For applications over 20 HP, use the Micro-Speed® MX-Ultra™ series.

If a built-in, two-pole, solid-state brake board could help you save space and wiring in your application, you should also view the Micro-Speed® CXRP™ models (only available on models 5HP and under).

*PE-Preset™: The same high-reliability CX™ models can be used as either an “R” or “RH” model – but they are factory preset for hoist or travel motion allowing for fast and simple installation. Can be changed in the field if necessary.
