Standard Hoist Control Panels
Our Hoist Motion control panels are precision-engineered to deliver safe, reliable lifting control for crane applications across all industrial sectors. Each panel includes your choice of a Micro-Speed® Variable Frequency Drive or contactor motor controls, with availability across all standard voltages (208-230, 380-415, 460, and 575 VAC) and VFDs programmable for 0-120Hz. Built with standard control components in NEMA Type enclosures, these panels feature branch fusing and motor thermal overload protection designed to NEC specifications, braking contactors as required (AC or DC), and components mounted on removable sub-panels for easy maintenance. Standard features include 105°C computer-generated wire labels, raised terminal strips, duct channels covering main wire runs, and heavy-duty regeneration resistors where applicable. Comprehensive upgrade options include various NEMA-rated enclosures (NEMA 4, 4X, and explosion-proof configurations), PE® Smart-Set™ flash drive parameter management, Ethernet communication with PLC integration, wireless capabilities, PE® SAM™ sensor-less swing amplitude control, and complete warning systems. Available in CMAA Duty ratings A through D (standard) with E, F, and Long Lift (L) options, each panel comes factory-tested with UL/cUL labeling available, complete wiring schematics, operations manuals, and Bill of Materials included.
