About the Travel Regen Resistors:
Each PE® Regeneration Resistor is designed for high thermal capacity and rugged duty, featuring precision-wound or stainless-steel grid elements and durable enclosures for optimal heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, and long service life. All Travel (-T) and Hoist (-H) regeneration resistor models come standard as Crane Duty Class ‘D’ to ensure adequate regeneration capability. Higher duty classes are available as ‘E’, ‘F’, and ‘L’ (long lift) variants. PE® Regeneration Resistors can be purchased in galvanized or stainless-steel enclosures depending on the environmental requirements.
PE Resistors Are Uniquely Designed for Heavy-Duty Crane Drive Applications
PE® drives integrate regeneration circuits internally. This ensures reliability and quick install. Only PE® resistor banks should be used for safety and compatibility.
